process will begin with a clinical screening by a licensed nurse. Simply contact our Admissions
Coordinator to begin the process. On your referral, the Admissions
Coordinator will set up a preadmission screening and assessment of your
patient’s needs to expedite the admissions’ process to our
hospital.
