We appreciate your patient referrals.  The admission process will begin with a clinical screen.  Simply contact our Admissions Coordinator to begin the process. On your referral, the Admissions Coordinator will set up a preadmission screening and assessment of your patient’s needs to expedite the admissions’ process into our hospital.
